The United States has been talking about
other countries abusing and/or killing their children. Why haven’t any other
countries come forward to help save American children who are being abused
and/or killed? Has the United States Government turned a blind eye as to what
is happening to children at the hands of CPS, juvenile courts, and private
companies who do foster care?
I
know there are federal investigations going on at this present time. One of the
states is Kansas. Governor Brownback’s platform was to Protect Kansas Children,
Protect Kansas Families. Changing the name of the CPS agency does not erase the
toxic history under the other name. The agency-DCF- is running ads about
Stronger Kansas Families. This is a lie. Children and families are still being
harmed by DCF and Sedgwick County juvenile court. Below is what has and still
is happening in Kansas:
1.
Children with special needs targeted by SRS/DCF for federal
funds. Most of the children will not go home.
2.
Children who are really being abused are either being rescued by
law enforcement or killed by their abusers. These children do not have special
needs. SRS/DCF knew about the abuse and the abuse was life threatening. In some
cases, SRS/DCF had evidence. How much does it cost a child to be rescued by
SRS/DCF? - Adam Herrmann was a foster child who was adopted by his foster
parents. SRS knew the foster parents were abusing him but still allowed the
adoption to go forward. In 2009, he was reported missing by a person who was
not his adoptive parents. He went missing in 1999. He has been declared dead.
The adoptive/foster parents are in prison for money fraud. No one has been
charged with Adam’s murder. Jayla was killed by her mother. There is a Facebook
Page “Justice for Jayla”. The news stated that SRS social worker testified in
Butler County Court that there was evidence of abuse and the abuse was life
threatening.
3.
Youthville gets life insurance on the children in their custody
(foster care). April 2011 a brother and sister went on a pass to see their
family during the Easter weekend. Youthville knew that both children had gang
issues. The brother was in a gang> the sister was dating a boy in a rival
gang. The brother was ordered to kill his sister and her boyfriend. He only
killed his sister. There are reports which states how much Youthville makes on
the death of children. Are children worth more dead than alive?
4.
Sedgwick County DA’s
office was investigated for tampering with court reports and evidence. The
investigation did find evidence of this happening. Nothing happened to the DA
(Nola Foulston) or her staff. She was allowed to retire in 12/12. Here are two

My husband and I have been trying to get
our daughters home and get Kansas Congress to make laws which will better
protect the children and families plus hold the hidden predators accountable.
The new Sedgwick County DA has not made any changes in the juvenile court. He
gave speeches on how he was going to make changes which will help victims and
protect children. The previous DA paid for most of his campaign. What did he
have to agree to do for the money?
There needs to be intervention for
America’s children. The states are not doing it until the state is caught by
being investigated. Many people in Kansas have been writing, calling, and type
of communication to get the governor and Kansas Congress to act. January 2011
Kansas Congress thought choosing a dog as the state dog was more important than
the children.
Extended family should be working to bring the
children home instead of tearing the family apart. My father and two sisters
told lies to keep our daughters out of our home. The goal was for David and me
to lose our rights so my sister and her husband could adopt them. This will not
happen. My sister cannot have children the natural way. She and her husband
were thrown out of a surrogacy program for mistreating the surrogate. I have
posted information about my family on my blogs. I do consider these three to be
my enemy, my husband’s enemy, and our daughters’ enemy. They do not put the
needs of the children above the needs of my youngest sister. When our daughters
do come home, we plan on doing a time of healing then decide if we will allow
these three back into our life.
President
Obama and US Congress: Are children in other countries more important than
children in the United States? The actions of the US Government do appear to
favor children in other countries.
We support the military. David is a retired
disabled veteran. He served our country for over 26 years. This is the week of 9/11. The people who have
fought for American’s to be free and rights not violated would be very
disappointed that today the states are violating children and families’ rights.
