Turn up the Heat on DCF and Juvenile Courts

I have been investigating about Kids for Cash before our daughters were removed from our home in January 2011. Dr. Gina Loudon sent me an article about CAPTA. It explained states are violating CAPTA to gain the most federal money by targeting children who are low income and/or have special needs. Here are issues which are happening to children and families in Kansas: 1. Children with special needs targeted by DCF for federal funds. Most of the children will not go home. 2. Children who are really being abused are either being rescued by law enforcement or killed by their abusers. These children do not have special needs. DCF knew about the abuse and the abuse was life threatening and had evidence. List of some victims: *Adam Herrman(Irvin Groeninger Jr) *Jayla was killed by her mother. Too many children die in state custody which are not from genetic disease or chronic illness- accidents, murder, and medical neglect. Sedgwick County DA’s office was investigated for tampering with court reports and evidence. The investigation did find evidence of this happening. Nothing happened to the DA (Nola Foulston) or her staff. She was allowed to retire in 12/12. Governor Sam Brownback knows DCF is violating Religious Freedom/Rights and has ignored it. He talks about other elected people doing the same violations. He is the head of DCF. I am hoping Kansas will be investigated by federal authorities and/or agencies like Juvenile Law Center. The children and future of the USA is at stake. I have filed international and federal complaints on Religious Freedom violations. US Secretary of State John Kerry is to be monitoring other countries for Religious Freedom violations for the United Nations. How can the US monitor other countries when states are violating Religious Freedom and federal government is not stopping the violations?

Money vs Happiness

I was remembering my Mom complaining about her dad having alot of money- rich. He drank the money away by paying off officials and prepaying for damage he was going to do to your property. Her mom was happy owning a home, walking to church, stores, and work. She did not have much money and not many bills. She loved to watch us and our cousins even though they were not her grandchildren by blood but by heart. On a good day there were 13 of us. Seven were under a year old. Every Ekstein(Ernest and Mary children)family had a baby. There were no disposable diapers. My father made enough money to pay bills without luxury items. Would we be happier with more money? No. It is nice to dream. Simple Christian life is better. Grandma was happier than my parents.

Campaign to Free Children and Stop the Hidden Predators

We need to take action now to stop the corruption in CPS and juvenile courts plus free the children who are their victims and prisoners. Here is my plan: People,who are trying to stop the corruption in CPS and juvenile courts, especially parents and family members of the children,need to start organizing how they are willing to communicate with the State and US Congresses- addresses,who are on committees dealing with children's issues, families' issues(including grandparents),what forms of communication, any peaceful demonstrations, and decide if you want the news media to cover your campaign. Have a celebration around 4th of July to emphasize FREEDOM. I will post more information later. Keep hope alive. Children are depending on us to protect them from predators and help them to have the best future for ALL children. May God bless our work.

Judge Henderson is in Trouble

He is violating : 1. Religious Rights 2. Medical Neglect of Angel and Catrina Owen 3.Disability Rights 4.Parents' rights to choose education, medical care, and.Faith He disrespected the military and veterans. David is a retired Disabled Air Force veteran. Sheila Crabtree told members at Messiah Ev Lutheran Church that he was dishonarably discharged. This was a lie. She never apologized for that lie. She and her husband, Roy Ekstein, Ramona Schippers have lied again to their friends, family, and church. Will they correct their lies: 1. Angel, Catrina, and.Teresa do not have Mitochondrial Myopathy 2. David and Teresa abused and neglected Angel and Catrina 3. Teresa has Munchausen By Proxy 4.Angel and Catrina were truant Jeff and Sheila had the same fertility doctor David and I had. Dr Tjaden never threw us out of any programs. Sheila and Jeff were thrown out of surrogacy. I shared with Sheila adoption information from classes and conferences we attended in the Washington, DC area. Jeff works for the Department of Defense. His job could be affected by the lies he and Sheila told to wrongfully take our daughters. He has failed to protect them from being abused by Sheila. TFI Wichita has not turned into CPS Angel and Catrina talked about at visits. The social workers are mandated reporters. TFI Butler County did file a report that Angelica Owen is not safe with Sheila Crabtree in September 2010. How did Sheila Crabtree get kinship placement through SRS and Youthville? TFI Wichita also violated our Religious Rights. Angel and Catrina have been to more urgent to emergent visits since being wrongfully taken. Kansas and Sedgwick.County employees and government has stated military medical care is substandard. Kansas and Sedgwick County would not allow any doctors to look at Angel and Catrina's military medical records. We were diagnosed with Mitochondrial Myopathy at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in May 2001. DCF and Sedgwick County Juvenile Court demanded the diagnosis to be changed. Dr El-Nabboutt did change it but did not do the change properly because a doctor MUST look at ALL of the records not just what Kasey Shepherd shows him. None of the other doctors Kasey Shepherd threatened gave in. Dr El-Nabboutt is weak and does not do what is best for the children or his patients. It is time for ALL children wrongfully removed and kept out of their homes to go home NOW-April 13,2014. This week is religious for christians and Jews. IMMUNITY

 

Who normally receives immunity? A person who can help put a criminal behind bars. Why would a juvenile court which is civil in nature need immunity? Who has the immunity? Is it the parents? Is it the children? If NO, then who?

  Kansas Congress Committees with judicial and children’s issues are looking into the immunity in Child In Need of Care cases. Who has the immunity? These committees are also looking into the corruption of Department for Children and Families which used to be called Social and Rehabilitation Services. There is one juvenile court being looked at- Sedgwick County Juvenile Court. The judge in the news is Judge Timothy Henderson. Why has only one administrator been allowed to retire? Why is this judge still on the bench? Have you figured out who has immunity?

  In 2009, there was investigation of Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office about issues with the juvenile cases. The investigation did reveal shocking problems with evidence and court reports. Many were surprised when Nola Foulston did not lose her license and not prosecuted. None of her staff lost their licenses, fired, or prosecuted. Why?   I was told I was wasting my time filing complaints against attorneys, social workers, Sedgwick County CASA, and the judge- Judge Timothy Henderson. I was not given some important information until early 2013 about the immunity in the juvenile courts. In December 2013, I found out I need to keep tabs on the Kansas Congress because the immunity in the juvenile courts is in a bill being written. No one has investigated the complaints I filed with the appropriate offices.

 Who has immunity? Do you really know?

    The hidden predators have immunity. Here are the hidden predators:

1.       Sedgwick County DA’s office and workers in the juvenile division

2.       Sedgwick County Juvenile Courts –judges, attorneys (GAL, court appointed, and State’s).

3.       Sedgwick County CASA,

4.       Teachers chosen by the State

5.       Doctors chosen by the State

6.       Therapists chosen by the State.

7.       Any professional chosen by the state to wrongfully remove and keep the children out of the home.

8.       Foster care Agencies and social workers

  The children’s doctors and therapists who have cared for the children prior to being wrongfully removed, are threatened with losing their license and possible criminal charges if they continue to try help send the children home for medical reasons plus state the children’s health has not improved, developed new medical issues, and some medical issues has gotten worse.

How does this immunity affect what is happening to the children?

The hidden predators do not have to follow laws. The hidden predators can violate rights. In Kansas, nothing will happen to the hidden predators until this immunity is gone. The investigation in the news in 2009 is proof  there is harm being done to children at the hands of the juvenile court, DA’s office, and SRS. Court reports and evidence are manipulated to purposely keep children out of the home so Sedgwick County and Kansas can receiving the most money possible from the federal government. Here is the list of the damage:

1.       Children are abused (emotional, physical, and sexual) while in the system.

2.       Children are medically neglected so Kansas can obtain life insurance.

3.        GALs do not protect the children’s rights plus knows the children are being abused and medically neglected. The GAL does nothing except collects the money.

4.       Court appointed attorneys are not ready for court, fails to protect the parents’ rights, and will threaten the parents to force the parents to accept what is being offered.

5.       Judges are to read the case file before court is in session. The judges must have blinders on because in our case, he should have seen all the forms which shows religious rights violations and our daughters being home schooled so could not be truant.

6.       Children are permanently harmed from being wrongfully removed and kept out of their home. Many will not see their parents until they age out of the system.

7.       Children are either rescued by law enforcement or die at the hands of their abusers because the state and juvenile court go after children who can bring the most money.

I am terrified to see what a true thorough investigation will reveal. Will the hidden predators be punished for violating laws and rights? Will the hidden predators be held accountable for children being harmed and/or killed?

  We have been told by the hidden predators that if our oldest daughter dies while in the system that would be a very minor tragedy. No one will care.

 The hidden predators state no one cares about the children who are targeted and kept out of their homes. I can continue to write and call for help but need to realize no one care about the children especially yours. I am someone. I care about the children. I care about our daughters. Do you care about the children in Kansas and the US?
