Bad update and list of people I have asked for help

 The Children In Need of Care judges and lawyers do not belief that they have to follow Kansas laws or Federal laws. We finally had what we needed to bring our daughters home. I went to a psychiatrist as ordered by the court. The psychiatrist stated that I have no mental health issues and am capable of caring for my family. The judge would not allow it as evidence. I started thiking about what was not being allowed as evidence. The jusdge would not allow any medical report or tests which stated that our daughters were not doing well in foster care. The judge would not allow any evidence which stated that at least one of us could parent our daughters. The State has to prove that both parents cannot parent to take the children. The judge would not look at any evidence which proved that our family's religious rights were violated before Angel and Catrina were placed in foster care.  I received a call from our daughters counselor. Angel and Catrina are not doing well mentally or physically. SRS and this court needs to be closed before anymore children and families are destroyed.

 My dad and sisters should not be surprised if I decided not to have anything to do with them after Angel and Catrina come home. It is very low to tell lies to people so that your youngest daughter might finally be able to be a mother. Sheila and Jeff had an opportunity to have their own child or children but blew it. They were thrown out of a surrogagcy program. The surroagte was our sister. Would Sheial ever be a good mother since she coould not even pass the test for a surrogagcy program and her sister was the surrogate.

 If they thought David and I would give up bringing our daughters home, they really do not know us. We know that it is not in our daughters' best interest to stop fighting. In a court that does not follow the law, no body wins. If I can help put some of the lawyers and judges in prison for not following the laws, I will.

 It is time for Kansans to demand that SRS and the courts follow state and federal laws. It is time to protect our children and families from SRS and the courts. This action may also help bring jobs back to Kansas.
